Overview
Geothermal and Heat Pump applications require maximum heat transfer performance since ground and loop waters can be quite cold. Turbotec's line of Geothermal and Heat Pump coils were designed with extremely tight tolerances on the annular side of the coil that allows for optimization for the maximum amount of twisted tube surface. The annular space itself is large on both the coaxial Heat Pump and Geothermal heat exchangers, enabling more liquid refrigerant into the system and eliminating the need for costly refrigerant receivers. The combination of these features has helped Turbotec create a superior coaxial heat exchanger.
Performance Specifications
Turbotec Tubing and heat exchangers are available in a variety of metals including copper, cupro-nickel, aluminum, stainless, carbon steel, and titanium. Information on other materials is available upon request.
